WP-H1650

WP-H1650 is a heat-resistant epoxy resin system. Suitable for bicycle wheels, car exhaust pipes, and various industrial applications that require heat resistance. Appropriate resin fluidity is suitable for the blowing molding technology of bicycle wheel rims, and the molded products can achieve good surface quality. According to the characteristics of the customer's equipment, it can be molded under various conditions between 125~175 degree , and if necessary, the maximum heat resistance can be achieved through an independent (demolding) curing process.
1. High Tg resin system: 170 degree Tg (tested by DSC)
2. Flow resistance/excellent surface quality suitable for mold forming
3. Multiple molding conditions can be used flexibly (post curing/no post curing); If you want to improve production efficiency, you can try "curing after demolding"
4. Can be stored for four weeks at room temperature

WP-S1000

WP-S1000 is a 125 degree cured epoxy resin system, which is the most suitable resin system for pipe products formed by rolling tubes (such as fishing rods, golf clubs, arrow shafts, camera tripods, pipe products, etc.).
WP-S1000 is a resin system produced through the hot melt epoxy resin process. The characteristic of WP-S1000 resin is that it has good flowability during molding, which can be used to produce products with low porosity and high fiber content.
WP-S1000 resin also has viscosity and softness suitable for the tube rolling process, with the best production operability, and can be stored for about four weeks at room temperature.
